About

In this writing center, students will first choose three different colored scoops of ice cream and place them into the ice cream bowl. The orange scoops have people written on them, the brown scoops contain places and the purple scoops contain events. Students will use the three ideas on the scoops that they chose in order to create a "silly sentence."

Simply print and laminate the bowls and ice cream scoops and print a recording sheet for each student. Then watch the silly sentence writing begin!
