Shipping policy

All items on Shelley Gray Teaching are digital and will be delivered electronically. No physical items will be shipped. Therefore, there are no shipping or processing fees.

How to Access Your Resources

1 - On your order confirmation page, there will be a link to download your purchased resources. You can access this immediately after your payment is processed.

2 - You will receive an order confirmation email within a few minutes of purchase. In this email, there will be a link to view your order. This will take you back to your order confirmation page with the download links.

3 - You will receive a downloads email with links to your resources. If you do not receive it, double-check your spam folder for an email from Shelley Gray Teaching.
