About
A gallery walk is a fantastic way to get students up and moving around the classroom, while completing curriculum-related tasks that will reinforce their knowledge.
This gallery walk focuses on number skills within a 120 chart. The cards are designed to integrate other number sense skills such as skip counting, ordering numbers, more than/less than, number patterns, fact families, and more!
How It Works
During a gallery walk, cards are posted around the room, each containing a task for students to complete. Students move around the room, completing the tasks on their recording sheet.
Gallery walks integrate movement into a lesson that reinforces essential knowledge. Kinesthetic learners are engaged, and classroom management issues become minimal.
Gallery walks are a great idea for formal observations by your administration, as you are integrating other intelligences into your math lesson.
What's Included?
There are 25 gallery walk cards, a recording sheet, and an answer key included in this resource.
