Are your students confused with when to use the different forms of there, their, and they're? This commonly confused homophone is a tricky one for students, but with some practice and reinforcement, your students will have a better understanding of when to use each form.
This bundle includes three different resources to reinforce there/their/they're.
First of all, talk about the different forms of this homophone and post the posters in the classroom for student reference. Have students paste the student reference cards in their Writer's Notebook or Grammar Notebook for quick reference during writing.
Then use the gallery walk cards as a fun activity to get students up and moving around the classroom. Alternatively, use these as task cards at a Writing or Grammar Center.
Finally, incorporate the worksheet activities into your grammar lessons as you see fit. Your students will especially love the texting activity!
Please see the free preview for an in-depth description of all included resources.
