About
A gallery walk is a fantastic way to get students up and moving around the classroom, while completing curriculum-related tasks that will reinforce their knowledge.
The Number Sense Gallery Walk reinforces skills such as representing numbers in different ways, more than/less than, skip counting, adding/subtracting, numbers in word form, story problems, and more!
This gallery walk includes cards at three different levels to suit the unique needs of your classroom. Level 1 includes numbers 1-20, Level 2 includes numbers 1-100, and Level 3 includes numbers 1-1,000.
How It Works
During a gallery walk, cards are posted around the room, each containing a task for students to complete. Students move around the room, completing the tasks on their recording sheet.
Gallery walks integrate movement into a lesson that reinforces essential knowledge. Kinesthetic learners are engaged, and classroom management issues become minimal.
Gallery walks are a great idea for formal observations by your administration, as you are integrating other intelligences into your math lesson.
What's Included?
There are three levels included, with each level containing 25 gallery walk cards, a recording sheet, and an answer key.
